Dining Guidelines

AT LUELLA, WE’VE GOT A FEW GUIDELINES TO ENSURE A PLEASANT DINING EXPERIENCE.

SMART ELEGANT ATTIRE

At Luella we take pride in how we look—and we love when our guests do too.

We kindly ask all guests to observe our smart elegant dress code. Athletic wear, hooded sweat shirts, flip-flops, baseball hats, beachwear, overly revealing clothing, and overly casual attire are not permitted. We also do not permit shorts, graphic t-shirts, open-toe shoes, hats, or sleeveless shirts for men; collared shirts and jackets are preferred.

Our staff takes great pride in their appearance, and we appreciate your partnership in keeping Luella’s ambiance refined and respectful. Thank you for dressing with intention—and we look forward to having you.

Children under 10 years of age are not permitted. Luella is designed as an elevated, adult-focused dining experience, and we do not offer high chairs or booster seats. Children ages 10 and older are welcome, but should be dressed according to the dress code, able to sit comfortably on their own, and order independently. We appreciate your understanding as we aim to maintain a refined atmosphere for all our guests. If you have any questions, please feel free to call us.

We are unable to split checks more than 6 ways. We appreciate your understanding as this helps ensure smooth and timely service for all guests.

Group SIze

All groups 6 or over, will have automatic gratuity of 22% added to their check. Our restaurant is designed for smaller gatherings. Tables are cozy, perfect for up to four or six folks. If you’re looking for a larger group, maybe our Private Dining Room would suit you.

Any party that significantly reduces their guest count during service-or fail to arrive in full- may incur a per-person cancellation fee.

To make a real statement with your large crew, our Private Dining Room can seat up to 24 folks. It’s separated from the main room, perfect for your event. You'll have your own space to do your thing, away from the rest of the crowd.

We're open to special requests, but modifications aren't always feasible as they can affect our kitchen's operation and the integrity of our dishes. Please inform us of any allergies since some menu ingredients are abbreviated. We'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Items that are prohibited in the dining room include but are not limited to: glitter, balloons, lights of any kind, and signage.

Why All The Rules?

We know—it’s a lot. But every guideline we share is here for a reason: to create a smooth, intimate, and elevated dining experience for every guest who walks through our doors. Think of it as our way of protecting your experience. Whether it's a date night, a celebration, or a quiet dinner with friends, our goal is to keep things polished, peaceful, and really (really) good.

We appreciate your understanding, your style, and your presence. Now relax, sip something lovely, and let us take care of you.
